Enterprise Estimator, Follow-up Chat & Civimetric Rebrand
A standalone estimator chat for enterprise orgs, a smarter 4-intent LLM classifier that handles follow-up questions without re-running the full engine, and the platform's new identity as Civimetric.
Enterprise Estimator — dedicated chat page inside the enterprise shell. Queries route through the org's active rate library, each estimate can be saved directly to a project, and the thread tracks cost deltas between revisions.
Follow-up classification — a 4-intent LLM classifier (NEW_ESTIMATE / REFINE / FOLLOWUP / COMPARISON) intercepts every query before the cost engine runs. Refinements, comparisons, and follow-up questions get a direct text response instead of triggering a full re-estimate.
Rebrand to Civimetric — new logo mark, updated metadata, CORS origins, and upload paths. Nav and footer unified into shared SiteNav / SiteFooter components across all pages.
Enterprise Tier
Companies can now create an organisation, upload their own rate library (augmenting DSR), group estimates under named projects, and audit every BOQ across all running projects from one dashboard.
Organisation workspaces — create an org, invite team members with admin/manager/viewer roles, and keep all your rate data isolated from other companies.
Org Rate Library — upload your state or company schedule of rates once. Every estimate runs against your rates first, falling back to CPWD DSR automatically.
Project grouping — group estimates and BOQ analyses under named projects. See all revisions for Tower A in one place, not scattered across accounts.
Cross-project audit — variance vs DSR across all running projects on one screen. Flag overpriced items before the bill reaches the table.
Multi-Storey Engine & Maintenance Plans
The estimator now supports high-rise residential, commercial, and industrial projects with grade-aware RCC rates, dynamic overheads, and a full 10-year maintenance plan.
Multi-Storey Engine — estimate apartments, commercial offices, retail spaces, and industrial buildings with building-specific design life and structural norms.
Maintenance Plan — every estimate now includes a 10-year periodic maintenance schedule with annual recurring costs based on CPWD norms, available in the UI and Excel.
Grade-Aware RCC — the estimator automatically selects the correct concrete grade (M20 to M30) based on floor count and building type.
Dynamic BOQ & Expanded BBS — the Excel BOQ automatically adapts chapters based on the estimate data, and the BBS sheet now supports beam CL/CR support bars, staircases, and stirrups.
Unified Studio & Chat History
All tools now live in one place. Chat sessions are saved to your account and fully restorable.
Chat history — every rate lookup session is saved to Supabase and appears in your sidebar. Pick up any previous conversation exactly where you left off.
Unified app — the separate /pro IDE page has been retired. Estimator, Finder, and Analyser are now a single cohesive Studio at /app.
Clicking the Civimetric logo on any page now returns you to the landing page.
BBS in Excel Export
The Excel estimate download now includes a full Bar Bending Schedule sheet alongside the cost breakdown.
BBS sheet — auto-generated Bar Bending Schedule for slabs, beams, columns, and footings using the IS:456/IS:2502 d²/162 formula, with cutting lengths and total steel weight.
Measurement Book sheet — cross-sheet formula links from the MB quantities into the cost sheet, so changing one dimension cascades through the whole estimate.
Excel sub-totals use ROUNDUP(SUM(...)) formulas instead of pre-computed values, making the sheet auditable and editable.
Estimate Analyser & Room Builder
Upload an existing BOQ to audit it against government rates, and define your project room-by-room for more accurate quantities.
Estimate Analyser — upload any Excel or PDF BOQ and get a variance table comparing each line item against the closest DSR/SSR rate. Immediate red-flag for overpriced items.
Room Measurements — define individual rooms with dimensions in the Estimator. Quantities are calculated from actual floor areas instead of a single total sqft.
Auth & free tier — Supabase login/signup with Google OAuth. Unauthenticated users get 5 free queries per tool before being asked to create an account.
LLM Intent Routing & Conversational Chat
The chat interface now understands whether you want a unit rate, a partial component cost, a full estimate, or just small talk — and routes accordingly.
Intent classification — a single Groq call classifies every message as casual chat, unit-rate lookup, single-component estimate, or full project estimate. No mode switching needed.
Partial estimates — ask 'excavation for a 30×40 plot' and get a component-level cost with quantities, without triggering a full project estimate.
Custom SSR upload — upload your state or agency-specific schedule of rates as an Excel or PDF. It gets ingested into a private Pinecone namespace and all subsequent queries search your file.
Query expansion — abbreviations like RCC, PCC, TMT, and UPVC are automatically expanded before embedding so semantic search finds matches even when the DSR uses the full form.
Core RAG Engine & Cost Estimator
Civimetric launched with semantic rate lookup over CPWD DSR and Maharashtra PWD SSR data, and a full natural-language cost estimator.
RAG rate lookup — ask for any DSR item in plain English. SentenceTransformer embeddings + Pinecone retrieval returns the closest matching items with item numbers, units, and rates.
Cost estimator — describe a construction project in natural language and get a full cost breakdown: component quantities via IS-code thumb rules, DSR rates, location multipliers, and a line-item summary.
Excel export — download any estimate as a formatted Excel workbook with separate sheets for the cost statement, itemized rates, and material quantities.
Dual-LLM routing — complex tasks (estimates, BOQ generation) go to Gemini 1.5 Pro; fast lookups go to Groq/Llama-3.3-70b. Gemini failures fall back to Groq automatically.
